Short answer: no, not in the way you can on desktop. The MT4 mobile app (iOS and Android) doesn't let you install or run custom indicators; it only offers the built-in ones. Custom indicators still run on a desktop or VPS copy of MT4, and mobile can work as a companion for monitoring and trade management.

What mobile MT4 can and can't do

Can: apply built-in indicators (moving averages, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands and so on), draw objects, view charts, place and modify orders, and receive push notifications from your account.
Can't: load .ex4 or .mq4 files, run Expert Advisors, or display a third-party signal indicator on a chart.

Platform features can change with app updates and brokers, so check the current app and your broker's documentation before relying on this.

Practical workarounds

Risks to keep in mind
